JAI BHARAT COLLEGE ALSO RUN NSS FOR STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
N.S.S. National Service Scheme was established in the year 1969, the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is identified as “Youth movement on Social Development”. Students can enrol themselves in N.S.S. and develop their personality through social service projects. An N.S.S. Volunteer is required to do 120 hours of Social Work in an academic year and at least one special camp of 7 days duration in two years to be eligible for 10 grace marks in the annual examination.The N.S.S. Programme Officers of the College is Prof. Smita Sandeep Jadhav.
